.Eric Bradley was born and raised in the Bay Area with a large close-knit family that owned and operated a family restaurant. He learned from an early age that family, community, and a strong work ethic are most important when it comes to building a strong foundation for life.

Eric spent most of his career selling and operating a top producing team in the Sacramento area before moving back to the Bay Area when he and his business partners purchased a KW Franchise in Cupertino. Eric currently runs and operates the KW Thrive and Santa Clara Valley brokerages in the South Bay. He is motivated by his passion to help others succeed and build a life by design.
